- Privilege / discounts given are not valid with any other promotions, vouchers, discounts, privilege cards or free gifts unless otherwise stated.
- Privilege are for Tropical Holidays Paradise Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd. (THP) customers with THP Tourist Privilege Card only and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit.
- THP and all participating merchants reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of and to change or amend the privilege given at any time without prior notice and without liability to the customers.
- THP makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability of fitness for purpose of the merchant's goods and services. Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the merchant.
- THP shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result of the use of the merchant's goods and services.
- THP is not an agent of any merchant and vice versa.
- THP customers are welcome to provide any feedback on our Tourist Privilege Programme and the quality of the merchant's goods and services through our Guestbook or email to us at thp@streamyx.com / info@tropicalholidaysparadise.com / mytropical@gmail.com.
