General Terms & Conditions

Tours as stated in Tropical Holidays Paradise Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.'s website and /or brochures are handled by Tropical Holidays Paradise Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd. Hereafter referred to as 'The Company'. The tours are sold subject to the following conditions:

1. The contract made between the Company and the Customer shall deemed to have made at the registered office of the Company at Lot 2, 3rd Floor, Block A, Inanam Newtownship, 89357 Kota Kinabalu., Sabah, Malaysia and shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

2. Although every effort will be made to operate the tours as advertised / scheduled, the Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to make alternative arrangements as it sees fit for any unforseen circumstances caused by weather conditions, technical problems to vehicles, flight delays or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company. The Company will wherever possible try to provide hotel of equivalent standard. Where there is a better hotel provided, there will be no extra charges.

3. The Company shall not be held liable to or responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through on in consequences of war, change of statues of Malaysia Government, strikes, riots and any acts of god or conditions beyond the control of the Company.

4. VALIDITY - Inquiries or reservations for tour services shown must be made directly through the Company. Full information is required in order to handle your reservation efficiently.

Information such as,

a. Arrival/departure dates and flight details

b. Number/type of rooms and meals required

c. Guide requirements

d. Names of clients in full with gender

e. Country of Origins

5. RESERVATION - A 100% non-refundable deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm reservation of accommodation at Sabah Park/National Park i.e. Selingan island chalet, Kinabalu Park accommodation, Laban Rata Resthouse, Poring Hot Springs accommodation and Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park accommodation. Any amendment or cancellation made to the number of person or room after booking is confirmed, a fee will be imposed for such action.

6. CONFIRMATION - A 50% deposit is required for all confirmed tour package booking and full payment must be made 21 days before date of arrival. Failing which will result in the cancellation of tour reservations.

7. PAYMENT METHOD - Could be made via direct bank in or telegraphic transfer to our bank account as stated below :

While we strive to ensure that our quotes are based on the best price we could offered to our customers, we hope to obtain your understanding that a 2.5% surcharge will be chargeable as convenience fees for payments made by credit card.
