Kota Kinabalu, famous for its rich nature beauty and is a wonderful destination for photo-taking. With this tour, you are able to put your photography skill to test or have a learning session with the other photography lovers who join this tour. We ensure that you will enjoy this photography tour with us as we bring you (and your camera) to the explore the beauty of Kota Kinabalu City.
The detailed itinerary will be as follows :
11.30 hrs Pick up from your respective Hotels.
12.00 hrs Heritage Village at Sabah State Museum. As there will be no photo taking allowed in the Museum, we will be visiting only to the Heritage Village located on the Museum grounds where you will see different types of traditional houses of the various indigenius groups of Sabah. Next, continue your photography quest at the Handicraft Market (Locally known as the Philippino Market) and the Central Market, you will be amazed on the beauty of the local handicrafts such as wooden cravings, jewelries, rattan products as well as the fruits, food and vegetables up for sale at the Markets.
Hope onto the coach again and transfer to Tanjung Lipat where the stretch of the croker range and Mt Kinabalu can be seen (if weather permits) together with the landmark of Kota Kinabalu - The Tun Mustapha Building. Then, transfer to the Tun Mustapha Building for a closer take of the magnificent building. Continue your journey to the City Mosque. Built on a 2.47 acres site at the Likas bay, the City Mosque is exemplary of the Islamic contemporary architecture. Situated near the sea, this majestic white mosque boasts similar features to the Nabawi Mosque in Medine. This floating mosque has a prayer hall which houses three madrasahs and accommodates from 9,000 to 12,000 people at a time. By far the largest mosque in the City and possibly the most beautuful one in Malaysia with the man-made lagoon surround it giving a serenely grogeous and dramatic look to the mosque.
Next, visit to the Puh Toh Tze Temple, the temple stands out with the Goddess of Mercy,Kwan Yin, Standing tall at the main entrance of the temple. Continue your journey to Kiansom Waterfall. Stop over at Inanam Town for a simple tea break which the locals enjoy - Hot buns and tea before continue your journey to the waterfall. Arrived at Waterfall, takes as much picture as you could in this serene environment. Enjoy the cool breeze from the waterfall. Be careful when walking on the rocks as it will be slippery. If time permits, proceed to the Tanjung Aru 3rd Beach to catch the view of airplanes arriving at Kota Kinabalu International Airport before transferring to Tanjung Aru Beach for sunset phototaking.
1830 hrs Transfer back to your respective hotels.
