Tour details:

Day 1: KOTA KINABALU

Upon arrival in Kota Kinabalu , meet and transfer to your accommodation for check in. Tonight you will enjoy a seafood dinner at a local restaurant. (Dinner)

Day 2: KOTA KINABALU / KINABALU NATIONAL PARK

Today head out to Kinabalu National Park.  On the way, stop at the Nabalu Market at Kundasang for search of local food and fruit. Thereafter visit and check in to the chalet in Kinabalu Park, continue heading to the Poring hot springs. You have the opportunity here for an optional excursion to the Poring Hot Springs, a collection of pools and tubs in superb garden setting and the perfect place to gear up for those climbers trek up Mt Kinabalu.  (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 3: KINABALU NATIONAL PARK / SANDAKAN / SEPILOK JUNGLE RESORT

This morning you will travel by land to Sandakan. On arrival, transfer to Sepilok Jungle Resort for check in and rest. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 4: SELINGAN ISLAND

After breakfast, proceed to Sim Sim Jetty for take a boat to Selingan Island, part of Turtle Islands National Park (Pulau Penyu). It is about an hour's trip across the Sulu Sea to our destination, and the rest of the day is at leisure with the opportunity to explore the small island, go snorkeling or relax on the beach. In the evening, watch the majestic and endangered green turtles swim ashore to lay their eggs. (Unfortunately the park rules dictate that there is no evening photography permitted.) Later, you may have the opportunity to see baby turtles hatching at the nearby conservation centre. Overnight on the island.  (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 5: SEPILOK ORANG UTAN CENTRE / SEPILOK JUNGLE RESORT

After breakfast, travel back towards Sandakan and proceed to visit the nearby Sepilok Orang-utan Rehabilitation Centre. These gentle and friendly creatures are seriously endangered and the centre attempts to retrain orphaned apes in survival skills so that they can be re-introduced back into the wild.  Your visit is a unique and memorable experience.  The surrounding jungle is inhabited by many other species, especially birds, such as woodpeckers and spider hunters. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the jungle to view these species.  (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 6: SEPILOK / BILLIT

Check out and continue the journey to the village of Bilit where you take an evening boat cruise on the Kinabatangan River, to view proboscis monkeys in their natural habitat.  Wild orang-utans, long-tailed and pig-tailed macaques, monitor lizards and various species of hornbills and kingfishers are also often sighted.  Check in to the Billit Adventure Lodge for overnight. (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

Day 7: SANDAKAN /  KOTA KINABALU

This early morning is spent in the jungle regions, which is one of the best places in South East Asia to view wildlife.  A trip by boat to the Ox - Bow Lake gives you a chance to see any animals that may be coming for a drink. If you are lucky, you may even see some wild Asian elephants. Elephants were not originally found in Borneo, so it is thought that they were probably brought over from the Asian mainland by human beings many centuries ago.  After breakfast, return back to Sandakan and send to airport for flight to Kota Kinabalu.  Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check in.  Tonight bring for enjoy seafood dinner with cultural dance show.  (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) 

Day 8 - MANUKAN ISLAND

After breakfast, 0900hrs pick up from hotel for Sutera Marina Jetty.  Take a 15mins boat ride to the beautiful Manukan Island - The biggest island among 5 islands of Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.  This island boats a swimming pool, tennis court, chalets, restaurant, souvenir shop and also offers a beautiful corals reef of the beach with its colourful marine life.  Enjoy an "Eat All You Can" BBQ lunch by the beach.  Spend the day for your own leisure : Swimming, snorkeling or just laze around the beach soaking the tropical sun.  Short and simple trails are available for your own option if you wish. Other optional activities on this island are Banana Boat Rides, Para Sailing, Fly Fish, Jet Ski.  Tonight overnight at Manukan Double Storey Beach Villa.  (Breakfast / BBQ Lunch / Dinner)

Day 9 - MANUKAN ISLAND

Free leisure day at the island.    (Breakfast) 

Day 10 - MANUKAN ISLAND / DEPARTURE

1100hrs check out island and drive to Kota Kinabalu Airport for flight onward home.  (Breakfast) 

Tour Includes : All land & river transfers as per itinerary, all tour excursions as indicated, accommodation and meals as stated, entrance fees for Kinabalu Park, Poring Hot Spring, canopy walk, Sepilok Orang Utan Centre, return scheduled boat transfer to Manukan Island.
