An hour's drive from Kota Kinabalu lays Kampung Trayong and your choice of activities here range from the more relaxing mangrove river cruise and batik painting to fun crab catching and banana boat rides and flying fish (Optional). Cruise and reach the Mengkabong Water Villages, a settlement of the Bajau, the descendant of pirates who set foot on this land in the early 19th century. In the settlement we will see the Bajau tribe is natural born fisherman. Houses are built on stilts and connected by arrow wooden planks. Return to your hotel after the tour.
